a. Ps. 11.4 – The Lord is in his holy temple; the Lord’s throne is in heaven; his eyes see, his eyelids test, the children of man.
b. Ps. 45.6 – Your throne, O God, is forever and ever. The scepter of your Kingdom is a scepter of uprightness.
c. Ps. 47.8 – God reigns over the nations; God sits on his holy throne.
d. Ps. 89.14 – Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne; steadfast love and faithfulness go before you.
e. Ps. 93.2 – Your throne is established from of old; you are from everlasting.
f. Ps. 103.19 – The Lord has established his throne in the heavens, and his Kingdom rules over all.
2. As the worthy Lamb of God, Jesus the Messiah has earned the right to receive praise, honor, and glory, Rev. 5.9-14 – And they sang a new song, saying, “Worthy are you to take the scroll and to open its seals, for you were slain, and by your blood you ransomed people for God from every tribe and language and people and nation, [10] and you have made them a kingdom and priests to our God, and they shall reign on the earth.” 3. The explosion of the praises of innumerable angels as well as the beings around the throne provide a picture of the exaltation our Lord enjoys, Rev. 5.11-13 – Then I looked, and I heard around the throne and the living creatures and the elders the voice of many angels, num bering myriads of myriads and thousands of thousands, [12] saying with a loud voice, “Worthy is the Lamb who
