d. Matt. 5.18 – For truly, I say to you, until heaven and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law until all is accomplished.

3. The beasts, the devil, and those whose names are not written in the Lamb’s Book of life will one day be judged by him whose name is the King of kings and the Lord of lords, (cf. 19.16; see 17.14; also see Matt. 25.31; John 5.22; Acts 17.31; Rev. 14.14). a. Ps. 2.7-9 – I will tell of the decree: The Lord said to me, “You are my Son; today I have begotten you. [8] Ask of me, and I will make the nations your heritage, and the ends of the earth your possession. [9] You shall break them with a rod of iron and dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”

b. Ps. 110.5-6 – The Lord is at your right hand; he will shatter kings on the day of his wrath. [6] He will execute judgment among the nations, filling them with corpses; he will shatter chiefs over the wide earth.

c. Dan. 2.44 – And in the days of those kings the God of heaven will set up a kingdom that shall never be destroyed, nor shall the kingdom be left to another people. It shall break in pieces all these kingdoms and bring them to an end, and it shall stand forever.

J. Christ is the Coming Bridegroom, about to claim his bride in his new heavens and new earth, (Rev. 21-22).

1. God’s intent is to provide for his Son a Bride which will reign with him; the Bride is sometimes to referred to as the city of God , Rev. 21.2 – And I saw the holy city, new
