a. Continual praise was his aspiration, Ps. 34.1-4 – Of David, when he changed his behavior before Abimelech, so that he drove him out, and he went away. I will bless the Lord at all times; his praise shall continually be in my mouth. [2] My soul makes its boast in the Lord; let the humble hear and be glad. [3] Oh, magnify the Lord with me, and let us exalt his name together! [4] I sought the Lord, and he answered me and delivered me from all my fears.

b. To glorify God all the day, Ps. 71.8 – My mouth is filled with your praise, and with your glory all the day.

c. Increasing worship, Ps. 71.14-15 – But I will hope continually and will praise you yet more and more. [15] My mouth will tell of your righteous acts, of your deeds of salvation all the day, for their number is past my knowledge.

d. A tongue committed to praise, Ps. 71.24 – And my tongue will talk of your righteous help all the day long, for they have been put to shame and disappointed who sought to do me hurt.

e. Blessing the Lord every day, Ps. 145.1-2 – I will extol you, my God and King, and bless your name forever and ever. [2] Every day I will bless you and praise your name forever and ever.

a. The sacrifice given each day, Ps. 5.2-3 – Give attention to the sound of my cry, my King and my God, for to you do I pray. [3] O Lord, in the morning
