1. Have I counted the cost for responding to the call of Jesus on my life as his disciple? Am I willing to receive and endure anything and everything that such a decision may mean for my life?

2. What in particular continues to distress me or distract me about the idea of giving the Lord Jesus my entire life day by day?

3. Do I have any feelings of uncertainty or unworthiness about whether or not God has called me to him – as his child? As his leader?
