Sketch the General Shape and Scope of Your Proposed Apprenticeship Think through the details of your Battle Plan (See pages 19-23). Define precisely the purpose of this apprenticeship. State concisely why you are hosting it. What ministry areas will be impacted by this apprenticeship? Where will it occur? Qualifications (age, education, character). What demands do you need for candidates to meet? When/Duration. How long do you envision the apprenticeship to last? Time Commitment. How much time will you allot to the apprenticeship investment per week? Remuneration. How much money/support do you intend to provide to the apprentice? Housing. If housing is a portion of your support, where will it be, and what will it involve? Create and Circulate Your Candidate Application Form Contact Information. Obtain all personal contact information needed for the candidate including name, address, phone, e-mail, etc. Testimony (paragraph). Have the candidate list their personal story of their journey to Jesus, their personal walk and faith, and their ongoing life in Christ today.
