Plot

Introduction and Rising Action 1. When it comes time to celebrate the Passover, Jesus sends Peter and John to find a man carrying a water jar, who will lead them to the place. 2. They go and find it just as Jesus has said and prepare the Passover meal. Climax 3. During the meal Jesus takes bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is my body, which is given for you. Do this in remembrance of me.” 4. After they had eaten he took the cup saying, “This cup that is poured out for you is the new covenant in my blood.” Falling Action and Resolution 5. Jesus tells the disciples that one of them will betray him. 6. They are disturbed by this news and try to figure out which one of them would do such a thing.
