Introduction and Rising Action 1. Mary Magdalene is weeping outside of Jesus’s tomb. 2. Two angels ask Mary why she is weeping. 3. She is confused and afraid that someone has stolen Jesus’s body. Climax 4. When Mary turns around she sees another man. Assuming him to be a gardener, she asks himwhere Jesus’s body has gone. 5. Jesus speaks her name, “Mary,” and she recognizes him.

Falling Action and Resolution 6. He sends Mary to the disciples to tell them that he is risen from the dead.
