Plot

Introduction and Rising Action 1. Paul has been attacked by a crowd in the Temple in Jerusalem, and Roman soldiers have detained him for questioning. 2. He asks if he can address the crowd. 3. Paul tells the crowd that he also once hated and persecuted the followers of Jesus. Climax 4. However, one day on the way to persecute believers in Damascus, the Lord appeared to him. 5. After three days of blindness, Paul was baptized by Ananias. 6. Paul then escaped from harm in Jerusalem, having been warned in a vision.

Falling Action and Resolution 7. The Lord sent Paul to the Gentiles to proclaim the Gospel.
