Exercise 7 Evangelism and Follow-up 1

Your team will need to develop a strategy and plan for conducting evangelistic events and follow-up among the target population.

Instructions Discuss the following questions as a team and document your answers.

1. What evangelistic events will you conduct to add to the church?

2. How will you follow up with new believers?

3. What statistical tools will you use for follow-up?

4. How will you form cell groups or Bible studies to follow up with new believers and to continue evangelism?

5. With whom in the community will you pursue your first evangelistic contacts, and how will you reach them?

6. Are there local, city, state, or church resources that you can use to better serve and reach your neighborhood?

7. How will you follow up with new converts and attendees? Who will be responsible for follow up, and what tools do they need?

8. How will you smoothly incorporate and involve new attendees into the life of the church?
