Exercise 9 Transition: Multiplication Strategy 1

Your team will need a clear vision, strategy, and plan for multiplication.

Instructions Discuss the following questions as a team and document your answers. 1. How will you identify, acknowledge, and train emerging leaders in the church? 2. How will you equip and commission faithful leaders to be deacons, elders, and pastors? 3. What will be the signs that your church is ready to birth a daughter church? 4. What needs to be in place for the church to be self-governing, self-supporting, and part of an association of like-minded churches? 5. How will you transition initial leadership roles to a broader team? 6. What roles will you be looking to intentionally transition to new team members as they are developed? 7. How will you operate faithfully as a member church in an association or denomination of other local assemblies, for the purpose of fellowship, support, and joint-ministry activity? 8. What model of multiplication will your church pursue?
