Victory is found when: There is wise preparation . . . creatively executed under the guidance of the Holy Spirit . . . and rigorously reviewed. The Importance of Review The real payoff from PWR is not in the first cycle, despite its many benefits. Some percentage of your plans will not work. The real value of PWR is the ability to adapt. Once you’ve tried something and then learned from the PW , the WR kicks in and you can become effective. It is not the Preparation that is key, it is the Review . But you cannot Review without Work . Work without Preparation is folly.
