• Articulate the key theological and missiological principles involved in launching evangelistic and ministry efforts among unreached neighbors, and how to incorporate new and open believers into a public, established church of Jesus. • Recite the central concepts of what it means to evangelize the lost through the oikos network, and follow up those who make decisions for Christ, ensuring that they are welcomed into a healthy, local family of believers. • State how a Christus Victor theology can help shape the theology, worship, discipleship, and witness of a new and growing Christian community, enabling your team to have a clear plan to spiritually form and develop indigenous Christians in the church. • Learn how to conduct and organize effective events and projects for outreach, service, and ministry, ensuring that your projects are on time, within budget, and according to the specifications demanded by your event. • Outline the basic steps involved in forming and sustaining Christian community, including preaching, follow-up, baptism, and discipleship.
