XII. Fly with two wings: give constant encouragement alongside corrective feedback and challenge.

A. Encouragement creates a climate for growth and productivity.

B. Challenge provides for specific ways to maximize gifting and skills.

C. Feedback gives corrective instruction that empowers for excellence.
