Conclusion

» The Word that converts is synonymous with the good news of salvation by faith in Jesus Christ. The Gospel of Christ is the Word that converts. » This dynamic Word effectively leads us to metanoia , that is, to repent from sin and empty religious works to faith towards God in Jesus Christ. » This Word produces in us faith ( pistis ), the medium through which God saves, delivers, and rescues the believer from the penalty, power, and presence of sin.
