2. The urban condition is affected by unfruitful works of darkness and unrighteousness, which causes many to stumble and know neither God’s kingdom promise or the harmfulness of the devil’s ways.

3. As the light of the world, the Church’s response is to so shine forth through our good deeds the reality of the Kingdom that people see our good works and glorify God the Father.
