(2) What personal, emotional, and spiritual resources do I have to meet the need? (3) Are there two or three others in the body I can share my burden to meet this need with?
(4) Is there really an opening to start this ministry?
(5) Have I really counted the cost?

B. Help your people identify and use their spiritual gifts.
1. Create a spirit of experimentation and creative expression.
2. Allow people to try things out (with supervision and help).
C. Organize task forces for outreach and ministry.
D. Recruit others to join the effort.
