b. Create programs within the church to ensure members have basic needs addressed and cared for.

c. Start servant pools within the community (where members of the body all “pool” their time and talent to address the needs of the members according to need).

3. Find practical ways, as local churches, in your area to give witness to the kingdom ethic of justice in a dramatically unjust world: the North-South inequality.

a. Organize co-ops and other shared-resource programs to reduce the cost of goods to the needy.

b. Collaborate on housing and homeless initiatives.

c. Create new locally based grass-root organizations designed to address basic human needs that are being overlooked in the community.

III. Protecting the Environment

1 Chron. 29.11 - Yours, O Lord, is the greatness and the power and the glory and the victory and the majesty, for all that is in the heavens and in the earth is yours. Yours is the kingdom, O Lord, and you are exalted as head above all.
