V. Evangel Church Planter Assessment

A. Enlistment: Steps to accepting a potential church plant team at your Evangel School

1. Host interview with Potential Church Planter.

2. Complete Evangel Church Planter Assessment.

3. Submit and receive Pastor’s Reference form to/from the applicant’s pastor.

4. Interview the Pastor on the applicant.

5. Send link to “The Call to an Ancient-Evangelical Future” to Team Leader, and ask them to sign.

6. Send link to Team Leader to purchase and read Sacred Roots: A Primer on Retrieving the Great Tradition .

7. Forward Evangel Application to Team Leader.
