III. Urban Evangelism Takes Place When Unbelievers Are Exposed to the Gospel through Public Preaching and Discourse.

A. Why is public evangelism so important?

1. The example of public evangelism is dominant in the Scriptures (e.g., Acts chapters 2, 4, 6, 10 etc.).

2. Millions have responded to Jesus Christ through evangelism in public places: time-tested effectiveness.

3. Public evangelism can take advantage of those who have the gift of evangelism.

4. Members of the assembly can invite their friends and family to come and hear the Good News.
