2. Members identify their gifts in the Spirit, and employ them practically in the life of the church in worship, leadership, fellowship, teaching, and ministry

3. Clear mission and vision of the church’s purpose and goals to mature and grow in number as God leads

4. Members operate with freedom and the blessing of the leaders, given room to experiment in order to find newways to do justice, love mercy, and walk humbly with their God

5. Reproducing new assemblies built into the DNA of our church (i.e., to fund and support other efforts of church planting around our city and beyond)
