1. At some point in time, after the creation of all things, there was rebellion in heaven fueled by God’s creature, Lucifer, the son of the Dawn.

2. The source of his rebellion was envy toward God as a result of pride, Isa. 14.12-15.

3. His extraordinary beauty and glory caused him to rebel against the authority of God, Ezek. 28.12-18.
