1. We are not merely to meet the bare necessities, but strive to impact others lives by working for justice ( enabling the poor to gain access to those resources that will allow them to produce for themselves ).

2. In the OT God demanded his covenant community give to the poor the means to produce, as the Lord had blessed them, Deut. 15.12-14.

3. Live the true prosperity Gospel : expect the Lord to strengthen your cause, however small, when done with justice for the poor and the broken in mind, Ps. 41.1-3.
