The apostle bids that such persons should be teachers. Let him be a patient ruler. Let him know when he may relax the reins. Let him terrify at first, and then anoint with honey. And let him be the first to practice

2. A pastor is a nurturing shepherd; you can’t shepherd if you don’t have a flock.
