9. Delivery and Support • Charter Budget-$15,000-$75,000 per church over 3 years and based on location/expression • History and Current State- 72 churches planted and 45 active • Goal: Plant 300 churches over the next 7 years (Cost: $15 million, Initial injection of $1 million) • Target both C-1 and C-2 leaders. • Church Resources Division will provide general oversight and Regions will implement. • Staff Needs – Begin with National Director, reporting to Don Davis and providing resourcing support to RVP’s and EDM’s. • Fund development strategy – National Planting Fund – split between regions with administrative percent, Regional Partnering Churches, and Regional Operating Budgets • Factor in costs of Coaching, Church Plant in a Box ($100), Training, etc. • Include Member Care as needed. • Coaching and Mentoring Tools (Prepare, Work, and Review) • Potential Goal Management Tool (Goal Span-Jeff Hunt) • Set Chartering Goals in the areas of Theology, Worship, Discipleship, and Witness.
