1. God neither increases nor decreases in any attribute or characteristic.

2. God’s Word is absolutely reliable and credible; he cannot lie and will always be faithful to his promises and covenants.

3. God’s being as constant should not be equated with the Greek notion of immobility (God the Father Almighty is not a static force but a loving Father who acts and reacts in relationship to his people).
