Conclusion

» The Spirit is the one who “sanctifies and seals” those who place their faith in Jesus as Lord and Christ. » In his work of sanctification, the Spirit applies Christ’s victory over sin which was won at the cross to the life of each believer so that they are empowered to live holy lives. » The Spirit is at work in the world to war against evil and to produce the fruit of righteousness. » Although we live in a world where evil has not yet been eradicated by God’s final day of judgment, the Holy Spirit has sealed those who have placed their faith in Christ Jesus so that they can know they belong to God, be assured of his presence, and recognize that they are under his protection during this evil age.

The following questions were designed to help you review the material in the second video segment. Again it may be helpful to start by reviewing the RABBIS acronym. Be clear and concise in your answers, and where possible, support with Scripture!
