These questions are designed to ensure that the students understand the critical aims and facts presented in the first video segment. You will have to gauge your time well, especially if your students are intrigued with the concepts, and want to discuss their implications at length. Allow for the proper time to focus in on the main points, and still have enough time for a break before the next video segment is started. In Scripture it is not always obvious whether a verse refers to wind, to breath, to the human spirit, to an angelic or demonic spirit, or to the Spirit of God. That is why sometimes when you compare translations you will see one that translates a verse a breath and another as Spirit, or one capitalizes the word “Spirit” because it assumes the Spirit of God is being spoken of while another does not capitalize it because they assume that a person’s spirit is under discussion. • Zech. 12.10 in the King James Version and New King James Version of the Scriptures. Compare “the spirit of grace and of supplications” and “the Spirit of grace and supplication.” • Ezekiel 37.9 in the English Standard Version (below), the New American Standard (NASB), and the New English Bible (NEB) versions of the Scriptures. Note the references to the Spirit: “breath,” “spirit,” and “wind.” Ezek. 37.9 (ESV) - Then he said to me, “Prophesy to the breath ; prophesy, son of man, and say to the breath , Thus says the Lord God: Come from the four winds, O breath , and breathe on these slain, that they may live.” Compare:
