T he S eason after E piphany

D eparting to S erve Benediction

Lord Jesus, who fully accomplished all that the Law demanded of us, and fulfilled the ancient promise of the prophets for Messiah to come, come and conclude the work you began on the Cross: the Kingdom which has already come but not yet been fully completed. Come and reign, fulfilling the promise of your Scriptures. We ask this in your name, amen. Affirmation for the Day Sunday: Christ does not abolish the Law, but fulfills it. Monday: We are the salt of the earth. Tuesday: We are the light of the world, a city set on a hill. Wednesday: Let your light shine before others, so that they may give glory to our Father. Thursday: Not a dot or an iota will pass away from the Law until it is all accomplished. Friday: To enter the Kingdom of heaven we need a righteousness greater than that of the religious experts of Jesus’s day. Saturday: Salvation by grace alone through faith alone does not make obedience to God optional. Pray without Ceasing – Flash Prayer for the Day Heavenly Father, help our light to so shine before others that they may see our works and glorify you as their source and foundation.
