Thank you, Lord Most High, that you have redeemed us by faith in your Son, the Lord Jesus Christ, and have born us anew. We now have a new nature, a new future, and a new management. Grant us a desire to live true to that new nature and live as your very own children in the midst of this lost and declining world. We are yours by faith in your only Son. In his name we pray, amen. Affirmation for the Day Sunday: Only through a rebirth by the Holy Spirit can we truly enter the Kingdom of God. Monday: Through faith in Christ we have become God’s very own children. Tuesday: In Christ, we are born anew in the Spirit. Wednesday: Fleshly effort can never be sufficient to create or sustain a walk with God. Thursday: The Father loved us so much that he gave his only Son that whoever believes in him would never perish but have eternal life. Friday: We need grace even to accept the truth that through faith in Christ we have become God’s very own children. Saturday: God sent his Son for salvation, not for condemnation.
