No words can express our love and thanks for the gift of your Son, the Lamb of God, for us and for the sins of the whole world. Help us to live this day in the same spirit and love that allowed our Lord Jesus to sacrifice himself for us. Reproduce in us that same humility and beauty we see in him, for Jesus’s sake, amen. Affirmation for the Day Sunday: The Lamb of God takes away the sin of the world. Monday: Jesus is the Passover of God, he whose death frees us from our penalty and sin. Tuesday: As the slain and risen Savior, now all who believe have salvation in the name of Christ alone. Wednesday: The sacrifice of the Lamb of God suffices for the sins of the whole world. Thursday: Jesus’s blood has opened the door of relationship for us with the Father. Friday: Christ is the one who baptizes with the Holy Spirit. Saturday: Jesus of Nazareth is the Son of God.
