d. Not being strong enough to resist falsehood, they can easily be lured to corruption and error, 1 Cor. 8.1-3.
3. Immature children need to reorient their lives around their new identity: New converts require a sense of belonging and security, 2 Cor. 6.14-18.
4. Little children need to strengthen their resolve against error: New converts are constantly under the irritation and attack of their sin nature, Gal. 5.16-23.
5. Babies and little children require ongoing instruction, nurture, and feeding: New converts need to understand God’s Word and will, 1 Pet. 2.2; Heb. 5.11-6.4.
6. Babies and children need social interaction and affection: New converts need friends and need to cultivate new life patterns based on a kingdom perspective, John 13.34-35.
7. Babies and children require 24/7 supervision: New converts need regular, parental and pastoral care, i.e., godly pastors and leaders who’ll keep watch over their souls, Heb.13.17.
