Outline four of the biblical models of the Church which have immediate bearing on church/world relationships for urban life: we are called to be neighbors, the salt of the earth, the light of the world, and a royal priesthood of God in the city. 5. Detail the specific elements of ministry management to maximize opportunities in urban Christian outreach and justice: Prepare, Work, and Review or PWR.
