important to you? What might you like to record to help you take the next step forward with God? Some people write their reflections during key seasons of life. One might, for example, appreciate having a record to review as one is making a prayerful decision whether or not to move to a new location. Others find the practice of a regular (even daily) diary to be of benefit to their life or ministry. My own encouragement is that if you are not currently keeping a journal of some kind, play with the practice! Identify one or two sorts of things you might like to record in a journal and one means of recording them. Make a schedule for your writing and do it for a while. Give it a bit of time. Then go back, review, revise your practice, and try again. You might want to answer the questions below as a way of making your first step toward keeping a journal.
