III. Through the Word of our Testimony

A. W HAT ’ S UP ? Without faith, it is impossible to please God, Heb. 11.6; 2 Cor. 5.7

Heb. 11.6 (ESV) – And without faith it is impossible to please him, for whoever would draw near to God must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who seek him.

2 Cor. 5.7 (ESV) – For we walk by faith, not by sight.

B. B REAK IT DOWN ! What we testify to (or deny) has profound effect on our lives, Prov. 18.21

Prov. 18.21 (ESV) – Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and those who love it will eat its fruits.

C. C HECK THIS OUT . Let God be true, and every other person a liar, Rom. 3.4

Rom. 3.4 (ESV) – By no means! Let God be true though every one were a liar, as it is written, “That you may be justified in your words, and prevail when you are judged.”
