Steps and Forms to Become a Satellite of The Urban Ministry Institute

Purchase a copy of our Multiplying Laborers for the Urban Harvest guidebook to obtain the necessary materials to begin the process.

*For applicants outside the United States, one of the three references must come from a U.S. church or ministry that knows of your work and can recommend you to become a TUMI site. This reference is not required to provide financial support, but must be willing to stay in communication with you and us, so that all three ministries are working to make your TUMI site succeed. O nce we receive your application and reference forms, we will e-mail you a pre-interview quiz. Complete the quiz and return it to us (you may fax, e-mail, or mail your answers). We will then contact you in order to set up an appropriate time for a phone interview. After the phone interview, we will immediately contact you regarding your acceptance as a satellite of TUMI. Upon acceptance, send a photo of yourself, along with your Satellite Site License Fee of $1,500 to the Satellite Director.

Submit your Site Finalization Form (Appendix 21.4) to The Urban Ministry Institute, and begin to employ the resources and support of our staff as you equip leaders in your city!
