TUMI in County Jails We do not require a separate application if you want to extend your TUMI site into your county jail system. Your status as an active TUMI site gives you freedom to launch classes among county jail inmates. Because most jail inmates are incarcerated for a short period of time, you should be prepared to receive them in your classes outside the jail, upon their release.
