How to Arrange a Visit from The Urban Ministry Institute’s Faculty or Staff
1. E-mail your request to The Urban Ministry Institute at staff@tumi.org: a. Purpose of visit b. Location of visit c. Date desired (please provide two or more options) d. Staff or faculty requested

2. Wait for us to contact you by e-mail or phone to confirm the engagement.
3. Cover the expenses for the visit:
a. Round trip airfare to your Institute or b. Mileage @ .35 per mile (if within 150 miles of Wichita) c. Meals and lodging if an overnight stay is required d. A n honorarium/love offering ( The Urban Ministry Institute does not specify an amount) 4. We will consider a faculty or staff visit for any of the following: a. Initial consultation meeting with your Institute’s leadership b. Evaluate your Institute’s programming once you have begun c. Special promotion of your Institute in Sunday worship services d. T eaching an Institute course (usually done on a Friday night and all-day Saturday basis) e. Graduation of a class for either our Certificate or Diploma Program f. Speaking engagement (church, banquet, etc) g. An Institute dedication service h. An Alumni gathering i. S pecial lectureships, workshops, seminars, or colloquia on selected topics
