5. Have we taken account of our current financial, material, and human resources? One of the first things you will be called to do is to inventory your current resources to start your Institute. In order to establish a learning center, you will need to raise the monies to lease or prepare a structure, get the equipment necessary to operate as a satellite, and gather the appropriate human resources to make your Institute dynamic. Trained, experienced faculty are the key to leadership development, and solid, faithful support staff will be needed as you grow. Take inventory of your current facilities, your personal resources, as well as your prospective faculty. 6. Have we counted the cost in terms of our own personal investment? Any endeavor worth doing requires a point person, a pace setter, an individual or two who have deep personal investment in the success of the enterprise. Are you willing to do whatever it takes to start and sustain your Institute, to the glory of God?
