Benediction God who raised Dorcas from the dead, raise us up by your mighty power with which you raised up your Son, Jesus of Nazareth from the dead. As you have life in yourself, and as your Spirit lives within us, let your life flow in and through us, even as we trust and depend on your strength. In Jesus’s name, amen. Affirmation for the Day Sunday: The disciples followed in the footsteps of Jesus and became like him. Monday: One sign of God’s Kingdom is that the dead will live again. Tuesday: The death of this woman highlighted her kindness and charity. Wednesday: Peter humbly knelt down and prayed. Thursday: Like Jesus, Peter does not put on a show; he put everyone outside. Friday: The miracle led many to believe in the Lord. Saturday: Jesus of Nazareth has defeated death.
