III. The Redeemed of the Lord Were Selected by God in Order to Bring Glory to Him, 1 Pet. 4.11, 14 While God intends for all things to praise him, he has especially brought his people to him in order that they might praise him in a higher mode. God saved you, cleansed you, brought you back from a life of sin and disgrace in order that you might now be a light, a trophy, a shining example of his grace and power.
