B. We are to glorify God in our thoughts , Rom. 8.5-8; 2 Cor. 10.3-5. 1. More than 19,000 thoughts per day, think four to five times as fast as a person can talk. 2. The last battleground of your life is your thought life; be careful what you think about. 3. Prov. 23.7 C. We are to glorify God in the words of our conversation , 1 Cor. 10.31; Eph. 4.29, James 3.2. 1. Attitude makes all the difference; more Christians dishonor God in their attitudes probably more than in any other single way. 2. Attitudes are contagious and infectious, whether good or bad. 3. Your tongue is connected to your heart. 4. Not just profanity and cussing 5. Negativism and sarcasm 6. Complaining and murmuring 7. Backbiting and gossip D. We are to glorify God in our conduct and our character , Matt. 5.16; Eph. 2.8-10. 1. God can receive glory from the kind of things you do, just your everyday actions. 2. Your character, your reputation is stitched to the reputation of Christ. 3. No matter what you say, you can never go beyond the kind of conduct and life you are living. E. We are to glorify God in all of our relationships , 1 Pet. 2.11-12.
