Sees itself as absolutely necessary

Drives others (cow-punching mentality)

Leads others (shepherding mentality)

Subjects others to threat of loss and pain

Builds others by encouragement and challenge

Consolidates power for maximum impact

Stewards authority for greatest good

Has gold, makes rules

Follows the Golden Rule

Uses position for personal advancement

Exercises authority to please the Master

Expects to expend oneself in service to others

Expects benefits from service

Character, not strength, carries most weight

Strength, not character, is decisive
