Church Planting Models (continued)

f. Home Church model - a church, which although similar to a cell church model, is intentionally planted with greater attention given to the authority and autonomy of the gathering of Christians who meet regularly in their respective homes. g. Missionary model - a church where a cross-cultural church planter seeks to plant a church among an unreached people with an intent from the beginning to help the church to be self-propagating, self-governing, and self-supporting.

3. What are the critical issues (e.g., culture, the tradition of the church planters, and contextualization) which ought to be factored most into selecting the appropriate model for in planting a church cross-culturally in the city?

4. Of all the things which a church planter may be aware of, what do you believe is the central element he or she must understand in order to choose the “right” option for them?
