If things change (i.e., budget matters, role changes are made, deadlines shift, etc.), to whom do I go for answers and authorization? c. What procedures should I follow for handling budgetary, schedule, and quality problems that will surface? 8. What is the process for wrapping up and closing out this project? a. What project report (if any is demanded) must I give, and to whom? b. What am I to do with the surplus supplies and resources (if any exist)? c. Who will evaluate the overall success of the project in light of its own objectives, as well as its relationship to our overall objectives?
