Responsibilities of a Coach (Multiple Team Leader)
• To faithfully intercede for each team and Team Leader during the oversight period. • To relate and communicate regularly with each Team Leader and his/her Director and/or church authority as you provide strategic oversight for the duration of the Team’s Charter. • To commence the John Mark Curriculum and its prescribed courses for Multiple Team Leader development. • To attend World Impact’s Urban Church Plant School with the Team Leader and his/her core members, and work with the team as they develop their Charter. • To enable Team Leaders and their teams to implement a credible, contextualized PWR process in their outreach. • To help each team fulfill its Charter by formally evaluating the team’s progress at each prescribed evaluation date , and any other time deemed necessary. • To submit responses to each Team’s formal evaluation to World Impact Director or church authority. • To receive regular input from each Team Leader , and offer follow-up, input, and correction where it is needed or when the plan needs definition and clarity. • To renew or revise the Charter when it expires, or recommend its discontinuation if circumstances warrant.
