» The process of welcoming and integrating new believers into the Church is called incorporation. » As practicing Christian leaders, we are called as God’s representatives to do all we can to incorporate new believers into our fellowships as smoothly and warmly as possible. » Incorporation involves accepting new believers on the basis of their repentance and faith, grounding them in the Word of God regarding Jesus, guiding them personally into the dimensions of Church family life, and ensuring that they are given godly pastors who will shepherd them in the body.
