Ripe for Harvest
S ESSION 2: P REPARE • 129
Rom. 1.16 (ESV) – For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes, to the Jew first and also to the Greek. Rom. 3.29-30 (ESV) – Or is God the God of Jews only? Is he not the God of Gentiles also? Yes, of Gentiles also, since God is one. He will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. Rom. 10.12-13 (ESV) – For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” 2 Cor. 10.12 (ESV) – Not that we dare to classify or compare ourselves with some of those who are commending them selves. But when they measure themselves by one another and compare themselves with one another, they are without understanding. 1 Cor. 12.13 (ESV) – For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body – Jews or Greeks, slaves or free – and all were made to drink of one Spirit. Gal. 5.6 (ESV) – For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love. Col. 3.11 (ESV) – Here there is not Greek and Jew, circumcised and uncircumcised, barbarian, Scythian, slave, free; but Christ is all, and in all.

Because we have been set free through God’s grace in Jesus Christ, and now approach God solely through His goodness and kindness alone, we have been liberated in the Holy Spirit to love God and others in dynamic and creative ways.
