List out the essential elements of effective teams. Discuss how these elements interact and work on a team whose aim it is to plant a healthy church among the unreached. 2. What are the roles of a church plant team? How can you ensure that you do not suffer from either role confusion or conflict among team members, based on their differences? 3. What are the various roles and responsibilities of our current team members? What roles or skills do we lack, and how will we fill those positions, or get those roles done? 4. Of all the things mentioned, what do you think is the formative characteristic of a really good team member? How would you rate your readiness in that trait right now? Be specific.
