10. After the project, make sure that the team meets together soon afterwards to evaluate the success of the time and brainstorm ways on what could have been done differently in order to make the project even more efficient and successful. Also, make sure that you provide a report to the Chapter on what results your efforts made, and how the project fulfilled your Chapter’s local vision. 11. Finally, make certain that you file any planning papers or materials about this project somewhere handy for the Chapter’s retrieval. All the insight you obtain from hosting this project may prove valuable, if another service project team decides to do a similar activity or event some time in the future.
