We have created a PowerPoint for you to use, a call and response time, ending with a prayer that everyone can read together.

• For the Commissioning Service: ~ We call a team up (along with their two coaches), and ask the team to face the Dean who is commissioning them. ~ The Dean running the commissioning leads the teams through the “call and response” of the Commissioning PowerPoint, ending with the prayer that everyone can read together. ~ The Dean then gives the signed certificates to the coaches and they hand out to the team (or the Deans can do if they prefer). ~ The Commissioning Dean then asks the team to face the audience and asks 1 of the 2 coaches to pray for the team. The Dean leading the commissioning can ask the audience to raise their hands toward the team and join the coach in prayer for the team. ~ Right after prayer, allow a couple of minutes to get pictures of the team together with their coaches, each team member holding up his / her certificate. ~ After prayer the team, coaches, and deans shake hands / hug and the team sits down. ~ The commissioning Dean calls up the next team and repeats. ~ At the end of the Commissioning Service, one of the Dean can pronounce a closing prayer over all of the teams and coaches. • Project Support All of the files here are meant to be resources to help you think through your plan for this event. ~ Project Task Chart, Setup, Breakdown, Packing lists, Announcements, Shopping.xlsx: There are 6 sheets in this spreadsheet of project info that will help you plan this project out excellently 1) Project Task Chart which lists tasks and has a place for due dates and person(s) assigned to the task. 2) Setup List which will give you ideas as to what you may need to do to set up for your event
